All levels
Levels of care
Every level a Virginia program might run, from early intervention to inpatient. Each card says what the Agent can do today for that level. A level is only "running" when its rules were read in the primary source and tested.
Virginia's covered-service names follow the 2013 (third edition) numbering. ASAM's fourth edition renames some levels, so a matching number is not always the same service. Always use the payer's own name. The redesign of the legacy mental health services is now July 1, 2027, not 2026.
