What we know
BMOS's EHR per King. Help center is public as of 2026-10-08 (read by Claude). 'Setting up Audit/Licensing View' (2026-05-13) gives auditors two routes: a restricted staff account limited to assigned clients (Direct Care role, location access), or a generated bundle of a client's clinical reports to export or print. Access roles: Administrator (Analytics, Billing, Clients, Payroll, Administration, Referral Sources, Staff), Assessor, Direct Care Staff, Document Reviewer, Intake Coordinator, Supervisor. Client cards hold Diagnosis, Medications, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Goals and Treatment Team. Clinical documents are called 'reports'. Built-in alerts: Overdue Reports (blocks case notes), No Units Remaining, Case Note Approver not Available. Still no API page; API only on listing sites.
